Scholarship Criteria
- Enrolled at an accredited post-secondary school
- pursue a certificate, license in trade or adult education
- Students living in one of the following counties Adams(OH), Greenup(KY), Jackson(OH), Lawerence(OH), Lewis(KY), Pike(OH), or Scioto(OH).
