	Adams County Community Foundation: C.E Smith Family Scholarship Fund To qualify for consideration for this scholarship, the candidate must: have a high school diploma or its equivalent; be a resident of Adams County, Ohio or have received a diploma from a high school in Adams County, Ohio or have been homeschooled in Adams County, Ohio; be attending or planning to attend an accredited, nonproprietary college, university, or certified vocational training program in a full-time capacity; show financial need; have a record of satisfactory academic performance; have a GPA of 2.5 or higher; and be an undergraduate student. Participation in extracurricular activities, community service, employment, and school attendance record will also be considered. Adams County Community Foundation: C.E Smith Family Scholarship Fund
