Rotary Club of Portsmouth Scholarship Fund - part one (Freshman attending SSU)

• Graduate of a Scioto County, Ohio high school

• Incoming freshman

• Enrolled at Shawnee State University

Rotary Club of Portsmouth Scholarship Fund  - part 2 (incoming junior who has graduated from a Scioto County HS attending any college or university other than SSU)

• Graduate of a Scioto County, Ohio high school

• College junior status

• Enrolled at an accredited college or university, excluding Shawnee State University

Rotary Club of Portsmouth Scholarship Fund  - part three (incoming junior who has graduated from a Scioto County HS attending Shawnee State)

• Graduate of a Scioto County high school

• Incoming college junior 

• Enrolled at Shawnee State University
