Scholarship Criteria:
Graduating senior from an Adams County, Ohio high school, or one of the following high schools in Scioto County, Ohio: Portsmouth West, Northwest, Portsmouth, Bloom-Vernon/South Webster, or East Community School; or from Ripley Union Lewis Local in Brown County
Earn a varsity letter in one or more sports
Letter of recommendation from a varsity coach
